Pay Scale

Pay Scale: Level-7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400) + Central Govt. Allowances

• Special Security Allowance: 20% of basic pay
  
• Cash Compensation: For duty on holidays (max 30 days)

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have qualified GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 in one of the following papers:

• Computer Science (CS)
  
• Electronics & Communication (EC)
  

And must possess one of the following degrees:

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical & Electronics / Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering
  OR
  
• M.Sc. in Electronics / Computer Science / Physics with Electronics / Electronics & Communication
  OR
  
• MCA from a recognized University/Institute.

Age Limit (as on 16.11.2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
  
• Maximum Age: 27 years
  Age Relaxation:
  
• SC/ST: 5 years
  
• OBC: 3 years
  
• Departmental Candidates: Up to 40 years

Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on combined performance in:

1. GATE Score (750 marks)
   
2. Skill Test (250 marks) – Practical/technical nature test
   
3. Interview (175 marks) – To assess subject knowledge & communication skills
   

Total Marks: 1175

Final merit list will be prepared based on GATE, Skill Test, and Interview scores.
